Businesses open again as Spanish government begins lifting restrictions

Published on 8th May 2020

The Spanish government has increased the state of alert until the 24th of May but we are now in the process of easing the restrictions. As from Monday the 11th of May, we enter phase one of the easing process and small businesses are allowed to open which also means there will be a lift on people´s movement restrictions. More details will be released by the government over the next couple of days.

We will be opening our office again on Monday the 11th and for the moment will only be open to the public Monday to Friday from 10’00 to 14’00 until people are allowed back to the island.

Property viewings are allowed providing all parties are in agreement and that health and safety measure are met, like wearing masks etc.

We will keep you updated on any changes as soon as we know.
