Home Insurance

And, if you decide to rent out your property, you will need public liability insurance cover which won’t cost very much. We can help you find the right insurance policy that specifically fits your personal needs. Many people think that if your property forms part of a community and the community has insurance that their property is covered. This is not the case, you will need to take out a good property insurance to that you are properly covered at all times.

We will not be beaten on price either. Pay us a visit and let us compare our insurance cover to your existing home insurance policy. We are sure that we can get you the same cover, if not much better at a more affordable price.

Mortgage Insurance

When you buy a property in Tenerife and take out a mortgage on it, you will probably be told by the bank that you need to take out a property insurance policy from them, but this is not actually true. Although you are required to have property insurance that coveres your mortgage, you are not obliged to buy it from them. They will generally be lots more expensive because of added commissions and will not normally offer you the correct insurance policy to suit your personal needs. The banks normally only give you enough insurance cover to protect themselves so that if anything happens to the property, they will be covered. Please double check what they are offering you and bring the offer to us so that we can properly advise you.

It’s really important to shop around and get a few different insurance quotes from various insurers before you choose the right one for you, even if the bank is pushy about you getting insurance through them, remember, you are under no obligation to insure with them. Community Insurance

If your property forms part of a community, the community owner would usually have an insurance policy in place that will cover all the communal areas of the complex. It’s important to be aware that this insurance policy does not cover your actual property, this is something that many people have a misconception about.

Other insurance services that we offer include:

  • Vehicle insurance
  • Boat Insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Saving plans
  • Accident Insurance
  • Health Insurance
